We helped Lean Cuisine launch their first-ever ambassador program! But the twist? Zero influencers. We looked for true, organic fans of the brand.


First, We Recruit!

Hundreds of applicants — and only 15 chosen. We launched an integrated recruitment strategy that included:

  • Website for lead gens

  • Paid and organic social content

  • Behind-the-scenes social recruitment


Bringing the Team Together

Eating better is easier when you have a team to lean on!

We selected 15 final ambassadors with a wide range of stories and content styles. Our mix included lifestyle creators, food reviewers, shoppers, students, busy moms, and (of course) people on a weight loss journey.

Now, we’re kicking of four eight-week program with a custom welcome kit! This kit give ambassadors tools to create content, enjoy our meals, and brag that they’re on Team Lean Cuisine.


Coming Soon

Over the next two months, we’ll engage with ambassadors through an invite-only group chat on Instagram. Each week, we’ll share post ideas and content capture prompts inspired by the weekly theme.

By the end, we’ll have an exciting range of content to shaer:

  • A UGC library for future usage with the brand

  • FOUR more gift kits
